Location: the hotel was just off ti new Delhi railway station, Paharganj, kind of a packpackers hangout and the main bazar. We truly enjoyed rooms with twin beds. The staff were absolutely kind people.

a great selection of reasonable and great breakfast options. location just off old delhi railway, the sightseeing places and new delhi railway station and cp. outstanding food in the restaurants such as al sameer, located 5 min away.

The hotel was gorgeous and the staff understanding, marvellous location near to the main market. Units with condicionated air. Generally everything was nice, but the bathroom was not so clean. Location: the property was right by railway and metro station and Old Delhi.

Thanks guys for an excellent stay for 3 nights. The location is good and ideal, 2 miles from Gandhi Park. It is found in a good area. Staff is courteous and you can park your car nearby.

Even though The Raj New Delhi Hotel does not exist we had a fine stay. Gotta explain - I know: Much surprised we found the hotel closed and appearantly under reconstruction upon arrival. But then I remembered something someone wrote - that they actually stayed at the Aura Hotel across the road instead. The fact is that of whatever reason they run the booking procedure like that. Pictures and info on the website supposed to be from the raj hotel is all from The Aura Hotel. So now you all know!!!! Besides from all that The Aura Hotel is not bad at all, and value for money is outstanding compared to international 3 and 4 star hotels in Delhi. Rooms are beautifully designed and decorated, service impicable, tv, minibar, nice bathrooms. Everything.

Breakfast is so-so. Remember ear plugs, as street noise and noise from the room across the hallway will keep you awake if you are a light sleeper. Biggest problem is that you can literally hear every word spoken in the room across the hallway. The sound travels unhindered through the ventilation/aircondition vent in the ceiling. But since we dont speak hindi we had no idea what the were talkng about, exept we thought we heard the word "cricket" a few times. :)

The hotel's position was particularly good, short walk to the train station, railway stations, and all the tourist places. Our room was neat and cheap with twin beds.

By and large, it was nice place with courteous staff even at mid night as they have given the services. The location was marvellous for the popular tourist area Paharganj, near to a railroad station. Paharganj district was worth staying in.

The hotel was located in a convenient area close to the train station. The staff were polite and friendly, and they provided clean sheets and hot showers. The restaurant served tasty food at a reasonable price, and the travel desk was helpful when we needed advice on transportation.

The hotel room was cramped and lacked space. We found it hard to find other places to eat in the surrounding area.

I recently stayed at a hotel near New Delhi Train Station for 10 nights and had a great experience. The rooms were spacious and well-equipped with amenities such as a fridge, satellite TV, and cupboard space. I especially loved the cute round bed and the good Air Conditioning, which made for a comfortable stay. The hotel's attention to detail was evident in the provision of a kettle in the room, although I had to bring my own tea bags. The location was convenient, with easy access to the train station and the popular tourist area of Paharganj. I also appreciated that breakfast was included in the price, offering great value for money.

All was satisfactory, no improvements needed.

Before I book the The Raj New Delhi, I have read through the comments from other travelers via Booked.net. The comments were positives and I also experienced the same way. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the food also nice. The staff name Sunil was very helpful and even went I keep asking the same questions he will keep answering will his 'cute' smiles. What a pleasant! Actually my trip from Malaysia to Delhi is because of a surgery at Dehradun. He even assist me with a very good taxi driver for my trip to Taj Mahal, Agra. And after my surgery at Dehradun the doctor asked me if I know anyone at Delhi and I have given the Hotels tel Number and his name.The doctor called him up and later he assist me to pick me up from Delhi Railway Station by the same taxi driver as I was very weak after my surgery. I was very happy having this kind of help and assistance from Sunil and the driver name Kamal. Highly recommend this hotel to all travellers.

I like this hotel very much. The hotel has modern spacious rooms.The room was comfortable and very clean specially bathroom. Staff were very friendly and helpful .Perfect location near Railway Station and Connaught Place. I enjoyed here real hot shower. The hotel exceeded my expectation for the price I paid (42 $ ). Mr. Rafiq is very nice person who managed not only my Delhi City trip but to Agra and Jaipur at very good price. I tried very hard to find some negative points but sorry.......
